By using AltiviaCloud, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

AltiviaCloud provides infrastructure APIs including virtual numbers for SMS verification. Services are provided "as is" with no guarantee of availability for specific countries or services at all times.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for fraud, spam, illegal activities, or to violate third-party terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Payments & Refunds

Wallet deposits via PIX are non-refundable except for failed orders where automatic refunds are issued. Virtual number purchases are final once activated.

API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits. Abuse of the API may result in key revocation without refund.

Limitation of Liability

AltiviaCloud is not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions, provider failures, or SMS delivery delays.
